About Us
As a General Contractor, we work heavily in the residential and commercial segment. We will manage your job from start to finish which includes job pre-planning, drawings, permits, scheduling/coordinating and job turnover back to you with a successful outcome. With having completed over 400+ jobs, you can count on our systems and methods to be some of the best in the industry.
Conrad Jones is a graduate of NAIT in the Construction Technology field. He has estimated well over 600 homes and has done thousands of custom pricing requests for customers. He has a strong sense of how to adjust a project to fit the affordability requirements of a customer while still giving them a quality product. Prior to working in an office, Conrad had hands on experience working in custom homes creating some extravagant features. His eye for detail helps him work with clients in creating a vision for what their future home will look like.
Conrad and his wife Karleen, live in Edmonton with their daughter Stella, June and son Isaac. They enjoy going for walks in Terwillegar dog park with their dog, playing with their kids and going on bike rides and zipping off to the mountains to explore the trails.
Ben Pond has a wide variety of experience in the commercial, institutional, industrial, residential, and light rail transit sectors. Ben founded Tyben Construction in Edmonton in 2015.
Ben and his wife Sheena live in the Greater Edmonton Area with their daughter Averie and sons Elijah & Sebastian. They enjoy exploring all that Edmonton and surrounding areas have to offer, whether it be delicious local restaurants, biking in the river valleys, or checking out farmer’s markets.
Ben is a Red Seal Journeyman Carpenter, and has led large teams on some of Alberta’s largest industrial and commercial construction projects. Ben is passionate about seeing a job done right, the first time, and working well together with talented trades-people.
