“Over the past year, we used this company on two projects. The first involved some interior and exterior renovations and repairs on our 100 year old heritage home, including back framing and finishing an interior basement wall, new dry-wall, new deck railings, and a new concrete walkway. Ben did a great job, was very transparent about costs and was easy to work with. So, when we decided to buy a new house and renovate before moving in, it was an easy choice to use them again. The second job was a much larger renovation project; it included replacing the old boiler and radiator heating system with a high-efficiency small duct system to avoid radiators and bulk heads, as well as a new kitchen, new flooring throughout, built-in mudroom cabinets, new lighting, smoothed ceilings and paint throughout. Through his attention to detail and obvious pride in his work, Ben again did a great job, both on the work he did himself and in managing the budget and the sub-contractors he brought in, all of whom were also very professional. As with any large project there were some hiccups along the way, but Ben and his subs handled anything that did arise efficiently and transparently. Overall, we had a great experience with this company and would highly recommend them.”

"Conrad and his team did a wonderful job finishing our basement and adding other improvements to our new home such as additional shelving and storage. They added a bedroom, full bath and a storage room to the unfinished basement. They are also building a composite deck and finishing our landscaping for us.

While we wanted to have everything ready before the start of the school year, we also wanted to give them the time they needed to provide quality results. There was less than two months, and they even went to the city and waited there to get the basement permit on the same day so we could get started sooner. We were told it would take 2-3 weeks to obtain the basement permit by other builders.
